Choosing the right estate agents

Selling or buying a property can be time consuming and costly so choosing the right estate agent is crucial. We at Oadby Estates pride ourselves on good customer service based on the following criteria. 

No Sale No Fee
Oadby Estates work on a no sale no fee basis so we will not charge you until the sale of your property is complete. We also work on a 1% commission basis.

Opening Hours
As many estate agents close at 5pm or 5.30pm, Oadby Estates are open from 9am – 7pm during Monday – Friday, 10 am – 4pm on Saturday and 10am – 3pm on Sundays. This gives our clients more of an opportunity to contact us at a time that is more convenient for them.   

Marketing Package
We offer shop front, web, text and mail advertising when you are selling your property with us which allows your property to be easily exposed to the market.

Office Location
Our office is located in the heart of Oadby and is easily identifiable by through traffic on the A6. Also as we are located by the Oadby Parade the busy foot traffic makes our window space widely viewed by the public.

Feedback
We at Oadby Estates believe that communication is key between us and our clients so we keep our clients as informed as possible of any developments with their properties and keep them up to date through out the stages of the sale.

Registered Buyers
Oadby Estates regularly keeps our clients informed of new properties and offers that we are promoting. This is done using our computerised database mailing list that is updated every day.

After Sale Service
Once the sale of your property is complete Oadby Estates will still cater for any of your requirements and will still inform you of any new promotions and special deals we can offer you for future sales.
